Step 1 – Fill the Google form attached to get a Free 15 mts Consultation Video Call with me, Dr. Akanksha
Step 2 – You will receive a message from me within 2 days about the preferred time slots for a 15 mts Free Consultation call
You can ask your queries about the program and can discuss your condition with me .
I will guide you further about the program
Step 3 – A payment Link will be sent to you if you are willing to join the Program
Step 4 – Once Paid, a link to Live Exercise Session will be shared to you ( timings decided mutually )
✨Program Implementation
👉in first session , a virtual assessment will be done about your history , pain , discomfort , medical illnesses etc –
please fill the google form accurately which will include everything above
👉I will be demonstrating the exercises and You will be doing them under my guidance
👉after the session a detailed Program will be sent to you about How , When the same exercises needs to be done and other precautions which needs to be taken
👉I will be in direct contact with you on WhatsApp for any help or need required and for follow ups

4 weeks duration Program starting from your First Live Exercise Session
Total 3 Live Sessions will be conducted 30 mts explaining you the exercises , the progression if any and resolving your queries
