Did my Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Delhi, India , worked couple of years before I got married and shifted to various parts of the world with my husband. Had my first child in 2016, worked part/ full time in many clinical setups , NG0s , Hospitals , took home visits in wherever  we went.

Hi , I am Akanksha Gulati , mom of two kids , a traveler, an Explorer, an evolving Fitness Freak, whose favorite hobby is to involve herself in one or the other learning skills.

Believe it or not, I did an Online Website designing course so that I can design my website on my own. The result is here and please bear with the errors , I am still learning to handle it.

 

Running behind daily errands, weakening of body and core after second delivery , not taking care of my myself  lead to my Appendix and Umblical hernia surgery  in early 2023. My body got so weak that I started having back pains even after short sitting . It was disheartening to not able to get fully involved with the kids 

That’s the time I started doing Pilates through some Online classes and loved it so much that enrolled myself in not 1 but 3 Pilates certification courses from different academy to get more insights of it.

To get more in depth knowledge of what a women’s body goes through , I did few more in-person and online certifications, aim for which was to enhance my overview and skills in the women & healthcare field.

 

I was so eager to apply my learnt knowledge along with skills I already have, I started my online group Pilates sessions in early 2023 , promoting through Instagram , whatsapp , Fb groups . I was already into Home Private sessions in Mumbai that time and started getting personal online sessions too.

Within few months of dealing with clients I learnt that with Exercises comes Nutrition and when you start searching something, universe ( even internet) started showing you ways to conquer it.

I finished my Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching from MHB. Started reading lots of articles , following some great fitness influencers , in no time I started applying everything to my own self , my husband , my family and my clients whosoever approached me.

At present I am living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with my Family and taking private Physio cum Pilates sessions both Online and Offline. 

I try to workout 5-7 days in a week either its Gym or Home workouts as I feel our body has tremendous capabilities to transform itself.
